AI Tools SMB was founded by a team of small business owners, consultants, and technologists who were frustrated by AI coverage aimed exclusively at enterprise companies with six-figure software budgets.
We have collectively run e-commerce stores, marketing agencies, SaaS startups, and freelance operations. We know what it means to make a decision with limited budget, limited time, and no dedicated IT department.
Our mission is simple: give SMB owners and managers the information they need to decide whether an AI tool is worth their money — and if so, how to get the most out of it in the first week.
Every tool we publish a review on goes through our standard evaluation process:
